The Great Hall & Devonshire House
DinoCon 2025 will be taking place in heart of Exeter University; The Great Hall and Devonshire House. The Great Hall itself will serve as the main location for talks and presentations, while other surrounding areas will host a variety of palaeo-themed activities and displays. The vendor hall will be located in The Sanctuary, a large room situated below The Great Hall.

Accommodation:
There is a wide variety of accommodation available within Exeter city centre, but if you would like to stay on campus; Exeter University are making Holland Halls of residence available for DinoCon attendees. Booking is a first-come-first-served basis and spaces are limited, so don’t delay in reserving a slot now.

Parking:
The University of Exeter has multiple Car Parks across the campus, all within a short walk to the Great Hall. The main car park for DinoCon will be Car Park D (post code: EX4 4RJ). There is additional parking along Prince of Wales Rd (post code: EX4 4PS) but this is pay and display and monitored by Exeter Council.
Parking for Blue Badge holders will be in Car Park C, next to the Great Hall (post code: EX4 4PY)
Please note, to access Car Park C you must use the one way system via The Queen’s Drive and North Park Road. Car Park D can also be accessed via these roads and there is an alternative entrance on Rennes Drive.
Travel:
Situated just off the M5 motorway, Exeter boasts a well-connected main trainline and an international airport.
Exeter University has ample pay & display parking, but we cannot guarantee spaces will be available. For alternative travel options, Exeter St David’s train station is a 20 minute walk from the Great Hall (uphill, not suitable for wheelchairs) and there are regular bus services from both the train station and Exeter’s park-and-ride.
If you are arriving by plane, there is a separate bus service that travels from the airport to Exeter St David’s.
