Art Exhibition

We will be hosting an Art Exhibition at DinoCon 2026!
This will be taking place only on the evening of Saturday 25th July from 8pm-11pm.

Applications will be open until June 26th 2026.

Applicants will be notified of whether they have secured display space as soon as possible after applications close.

There are a very limited number of spaces available for the Art Exhibition.

Each artist will be provided with a surface of a felt covered display board that measures 180cm tall and 145cm wide each.

There will be a small fee that will secure your display space: £15 for 1 surface, or £25 for 2 surfaces. We will only ask for payment if you are successful (payment deadline: July 10th).

You will be able to sell your displayed pieces during the Art Exhibition, however any sold pieces must remain on display until the Art Exhibition has finished. If you are selling any pieces during the Art Exhibition, you must have Public Liability Insurance cover. Please note: You must only sell the items that are on display. You cannot sell duplicated prints or items that are not attached to the display boards during the Art Exhibition.

Please do not use pins! Please use hook tape/tabs (Velcro) to attach your pieces to the display boards. We can provide small Velcro tabs if needed. These will stick onto the back of your artwork so please ensure that all of your pieces are in protective sleeves to prevent any damage.

All artwork displayed at the Art Exhibition must be palaeontology themed!
