Saturday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

Saturday Evening Quiz & Art Exhibition (16+ only): 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 6:30pm

Doors open and check-in starts from 9am on Saturday, the opening ceremony will start at 9:30am, but the first talks starts at 10am. Check-in will be happening at the Main Reception Lobby at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Do not try to check-in at the hotel’s reception desks. There will be designated check-in desks for DinoCon 2026.

At check-in; all attendees will receive a copy of the brochure, a physical ticket, and a lanyard with a clear plastic holder to put the ticket in. You must wear this lanyard and ticket at all times whilst you are in the areas of the hotel that the DinoCon 2026 event is occupying.

Sponsor ticket holders can collect their merch packs during check-in.

There will be a que line for standard attendee tickets, and a Fast Track que line for Sponsors, Carer’s Ticket Holders, Speakers, and Vendors.

If you are not able to arrive for morning check-in, don’t worry! There will be someone stationed at one of the check-in desks for most of the day.

Early Check-in:

If you are in the area on the Friday and would like to beat the Saturday morning check-in queues, there will be an opportunity to check-in early and collect your welcome pack from 5pm - 8pm on Friday 24th July. This will be happening at the DinoCon check-in desks in the Main Reception Lobby of the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Please note: if you have checked in early you will not be able to venture around the DinoCon event spaces until doors open at 9am on Saturday 25th July. Don’t forget to wear your ticketed lanyard at all times during the DinoCon weekend!
