Saturday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

Saturday Evening Quiz & Art Exhibition (16+ only): 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 6:30pm

Doors open and check-in starts from 9am on Saturday, the opening ceremony will start at 9:30am, but the first talks starts at 10am. Check-in will be happening at the Main Reception Lobby at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

Do not try to check in at the hotel’s reception desks. There will be designated check in desks for DinoCon 2026.

At check in; all attendees will receive a copy of the brochure, a physical ticket, and a lanyard with a clear plastic holder to put the ticket in. You must wear this lanyard and ticket at all times whilst you are in the areas of the hotel that the DinoCon 2026 event is occupying.

Sponsor ticket holders can collect their merch packs during check in.

There will be a que line for standard attendee tickets, and a Fast Track que line for Sponsors, Carer’s Ticket Holders, Speakers, and Vendors.

If you are not able to arrive for morning check in, don’t worry! There will be someone stationed at one of the check in desks for most of the day.

Early Check-in:

For attendees holding Sponsor Packs, Full Weekend, and Saturday Only tickets; there MAY be an opportunity to check in and collect your lanyard early on the Friday evening. We will update this section once the details are confirmed!
