Attendees aged 17 years old or under must be accompanied by an adult (18yrs+) with a valid ticket at all times during the event.

You must hold a valid ticket to be able to attend DinoCon 2026. All tickets will have a QR code and a ticket order number which will be provided in a confirmation email upon successful purchase of a ticket. Please show the QR code or ticket order number during check-in. We cannot provide physical tickets through the post.

All tickets must be purchased before Thursday 23rd July. We cannot provide tickets at the door on the day of the event.

Personal Care Attendants: If you need to bring a personal care attendant to assist you during the event, they can attend free of charge. Please email us (info@dinocon.co.uk) with your ticket number and name if you require a carer’s ticket. Only one free carer ticket can be issued per ticket holder who needs assistance. If additional carer tickets are required, this will considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please note; our ticketing system does not allow the sale of children or young adult tickets without an adult ticket. Please email us at info@dinocon.co.uk if you are needing to book a ticket for an individual aged 5-17 years old who requires a personal care attendant.

Refunds: If you require a refund, please email us at info@dinocon.co.uk and state your ticket order number, name, and email used to purchase the tickets. For more information about our refund policy, please see our Terms & Conditions (section 6).
