Vendor Hall Loading Bay Bookings
Please book a timed slot for unloading directly into the Vendor Hall.
All vendors can park their vehicle and access the ‘King’s Crush’ loading bay for a maximum of 20 minutes whilst they unload their items.
There can only be a maximum of 10 cars parked by the loading bay at any one time so timed slots are limited.
Once you have finished unloading your vehicle, you must move it to the Hilton’s car park and come back to set up your table.
DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR BOOKED TIME SLOT.
Table locations and maps will be provided via email in July.
